Because my hubby, baby and I had spent the weekend at my mom's I started the challenge yesterday. And I must say that it wasn't terrible but I could tell how
horribly out of shape I was. With my husband cheering me on in the background, I did the best I could but I must admit I did do the last portion of strength training without the weights. My shoulders just couldn't take it. I'm not what I would call sore today but I can feel my body starting to tighten up as I sit at my desk. I still need to take my before picture and take measurements and I should have that done today. I'm ready to go for day 2!
Shred heads, yeya! I did take before pics and measurements. I still dont feel like I can share those pics for a while yet! Im on level 2 and seeing change, but I really am not too consistent..maybe 4 times a week at most...Good for you!!!
